ASOS Women's F/W Look Book

Autumn Winter ‘10 unveils a collection of layered looks, where textures and rich palettes merge to create a sense of effortless style.
Mix and mess with our new utility trend where worn nomad-style looks are key. Using luxurious suedes, sheepskins and lace highlights a sense of urban luxury is added. Muddy washes and earthy tones are represented in hunter-gatherer checks, brushed wool capes, dropped shoulder coats and hard-wearing denim. Team with shearling-lined backpacks and cleat soled shoe boots to complete this laissez-faire flurry.

For those with vintage inclinations, take your style cues from yesteryear where inspiration is taken from the empire eras with cinched-in waists, corsetry detailing and lashings of ruffles. The look is updated and toughened with slashed jerseys, body-con shapes and fantasy fur, to create a juxtaposition of feminine fabrications and structured silhouettes. Rock crystal rings and gem-encrusted neck plates add the lavish finishing touches.

Inspired by Parisian Right Bank glamour, our evening trend fuses long and lean 30s-inspired maxi lengths with structured looks from 50s couture. Soft waterfall jackets, bustle backs, tiered petal goddess maxis and angular lines add opulence and allure. Sumptuous crushed velvet, faux fur accessories and jacket jewellery adorn the collection to complete this rich range.
