Keeping things under wraps: Vanessa Hudgens left the Sucker Punch after party with her hair covered up but that wasn't the only thing the actress was keeping under wraps as she refused to talk about her relationship with co-star Josh Hutcherson

As she left Cafe de Paris, the Sucker Punch premiere after-party venue, Vanessa Hudgens covered her hair with a pearl-coloured pashmina – and that isn’t the only thing she is keeping under wraps.

Vanessa is remaining tight-lipped about her relationship with her Journey 2 co-star Josh Hutcherson, who she has been spending increasing amounts of time with in recent months.

In fact as the actress took to the red carpet last night she refused to give anything away about her feelings for the 18-year-old actor-but she did let out a telling giggle.

Lady in white: Vanessa had attended the London premiere of Sucker Punch in a pearl floor-length Alberta Ferretti gown before heading to Cafe de Paris for the after-party

Dressed in a flowing backless pearl floor-length gown by Alberta Ferretti, the actress had her hair in an elegant up style showing off her butterfly tattoo on her neck.

And while the actress was happy to talk about her upcoming projects she remained tight-lipped about Josh and simply laughed back in reply.

The actress may not have wanted to speak about her male co-stars but she did speak about working with Kristen Davies and said revealed that she would consider a role in a possible Sex and The City prequel film.

The actress who plays Blondie in the film explained the girls underwent a vigorous training regime over three months working out for five hours a day in order to be able to shoot the Sucker Punch action scenes.

She said: 'Working with the navy seals they don't go easy on you. I had to push myself mentally and physically.'

Party girls: Jena Malone, Emily Browning, Vanessa and Abbie Cornish braved the chilly London cold to enjoy a dinner at Bam Bou before heading to Cafe de Paris

Vanessa joined her co-stars on the red carpet at Leicester Square’s Vue cinema to premiere the Zack Snyder film in the U.K. which opens in cinemas across the country tomorrow.

The film crew then enjoyed dinner at Bam Bou restaurant before heading to Cafe de Paris to finish off the evening's celebration.

Earlier in the evening it wasn't just Vanessa who was eager to talk about upcoming projects 300 director Zack Snyder was quick to gush about Amy Adams who has been named to take on the role of Lois Lane playing alongside British actor Henry Cavill in his latest project Superman: Man of Steel.

Oscar, 31, spoke to MailOnline about working with Madonna and said: 'Was she a diva? No I hoped so but she is actually self-deprecating and really very funny she is actually very open.’
